He has 35 years of IT and business experience, spanning software development to senior IT management and executive business management.

Matt has managed all aspects of information technology, business strategy and business growth. In addition to significant IT achievements, he is a motivated business goal achiever in meeting or exceeding profit & loss responsibilities driving significant revenue growth at an enterprise level, in one instance doubling growth year-over-year over a 5-year period and averaging 17% margins on Firm Fixed Price service contracts totaling in excess of $1B valuation. He is adept and comfortable at both the enterprise level as well as small to midsize business levels.

Matt is an outstanding program manager who understands business strategic plans and business needs and responds with appropriate staffing, communications, and leadership of highly skilled professionals to meet and exceed customer needs with efficient and effective IT service delivery execution.
