Joelle Toth-Dyer

Transformation Specialist

Joelle has over 26 years of healthcare experience, 11 years concentrated in medical practice administration. She has provided practice management for private specialty practices in otolaryngology (ENT) and ob-gyn, and understands the challenges facing today’s practice manager. She is provides services under the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI), helping practices thrive under MACRA.

Additional areas of expertise include human resource management, project management, regulatory compliance for ancillary services (CT, audiology, allergy), IT support and relationship building with outside vendors and professional organizations. She has assisted a practice in achieving Meaningful Use, provided support during software and hardware upgrades, managed the ICACTL accreditation process for radiology and has overseen many building/facilities projects.

Joelle is an active member of the national and state chapters of the MGMA (Medical Group Management Association), serving on the CNY MGMA Advisory Group, and maintains membership in SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and MSSNY (Medical Society of the State of New York). Her professional interests include workplace wellness, especially that of practice managers and administrators.
